  1. One family per campsite: (Mother, Father & Dependant unmarried children under 20 years of age.) Limit of one car per campsite. (Park extra cars in parking lots) Additional fee will be charged for extra people, and cars.
    One camping unit/site (Extra Tents, Conversion Vans, etc. not permitted)

  2. Guests: Visitors must register at office and pay the visiting fee.
    Married children (or those living common law) and families are guests.
    Host camper will be charged for visitors ho do not register and pay visitors fee.
    No extra camping equipment allowed for guests.
    Guests with pets will be asked to leave.
    Visitors cars must be parked in the parking lot.
    $3.00 Adult; $1.50 Kids under 16

  3. Cars: Speed limit 5mp/hr on all roads into and around the resort. Beware of flying rocks from campers to demon speeders.
    Please leave cars parked if possible (Walking is better).
    No campers cars in cottage area or at the beach.

  4. Noise: Family/retirement park, please respect others on noise levels, avoid excessive or boisterous noise. Noisy parties, profane language and excessive drinking will not be tolerated.
    Quiet time between 11pm and 8am. No music after 11pm.

  5. Boats: All boats must have a dock and not left on shore line or beaches. Canoes and Kayaks, etc. are defined as a boat. Boat moorings are not permitted.
    Maximum of one boat per campsite.
    Personal watercraft (Seadoo's) are not permitted.

  6. Garbage: Please place all refuse in containers provided. No littering. "We exterminate Litter Bugs." Household garbage is to be placed in trailer at central disposal area. Recycled items are to be placed in proper recycling bins at central disposal area.

  7. Patio Lights: Lights are permitted, but please turn them off when retiring for the evening. Spot lights are not permitted. Please do not leave lights on timers when not at the resort.

  8. Care: Please maintain a clean site. Take care of docks, washrooms, grounds and camp facilities. Please remove all plastic, material, etc. off picnic tables in fall.

  9. Environment: Absolutely no cutting of trees or harming of wildlife on Pineaires' property. Do not put nails in trees. Please remove all clothes lines before closing for the winter. Use of fire crackers, firearms, air rifles, or slingshots are prohibited. If you want to shoot animals, use a camera.

  10. For Sale: No recreational vehicle or equipment shall be advertised for sale or sold on lots. Trailers for sale will be placed in a storage area and sale items may be listed at the office. All items sold at Pineaires will be subjected to a 10% commission. No trailer older than 15 years will remain for sale on the resort. Trailers must be in good repair and have a current Gas System Inspection Certificate.

  11. Insurance: It is understood that each camper will have their own insurance, covering trailers, boats and contents etc. for loss or damage through fire, theft, collision, vandalism, or otherwise, for 12 months of the year and absolves Pineaires Resorts Inc. of any responsibility.

  12. Camp Rules: If you see anyone breaking the rules, please inform management. Campers unwilling to abide by the rules will be asked to leave.

  13. Season: Our season runs from the second Saturday in May to Thanksgiving weekend. All facilities will be closed before and after these dates.

  14. Wood: Do not take wood from other campsites. There is campfire wood for sale at the store. Do not cut down trees.

  15. Smoking: Please, no smoking in the bush. Remember that one small flick and your campsite could be wiped out.

  16. Daily Campers: Daily campers, your check in and out time is 1:00pm. Additional day will be charged for late departures.
